Wowshee Pita Bar was founded by chef and entrepreneur Ahmed El Shimi. Born and raised in London, Ahmed's culinary journey &. insight to world of business has been profoundly influenced by the city's rich diversity of people and cultures.

From his Egyptian heritage to his experiences traveling across Egypt and Europe, Ahmed has crafted a unique culinary perspective. He studied at the renowned Westminster Kingsway College and gained invaluable experience in London's best hotels & restaurants.
